Zenvey Legacy Retreat uses information you submit to respond to stay enquiries and manage reservations. This policy describes the information collected through this website and how it is used.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Phone number, preferred apartment, dates and guest numbers are optional where shown. Please do not submit payment-card details through the contact form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the stay you asked about.
- To assist with a reservation or a change you request.
- To maintain records needed for business, safety or applicable legal requirements.
- To help protect the website against misuse.
Booking and website services
If you follow a booking link, the booking service will handle the information you enter there under its own privacy notice. This website is hosted online; enquiry messages are routed through the website hosting mail service to hello@zenveylegacy.com. The Location page embeds a Google map, and this website loads Google Fonts. Social media links open the respective platform. Those providers may receive technical information when their content or links are used.
Retention and protection
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and retain reservation or business records where needed for operational or legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards for information handled through the website, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed risk-free.
Your requests
You can contact us to ask about personal information you have shared, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for further use that is not needed to manage a reservation or meet an obligation. Email hello@zenveylegacy.com. We may need to retain some records where required for business or legal reasons.
