This website provides information about Zenvey Legacy Retreat and lets you contact us about a stay. A website enquiry or availability search is not a reservation. Your apartment is booked only when the booking channel confirms the reservation.
The apartments
Zenvey Legacy Retreat offers two independent entire 2BHK apartments in Mysuru. The 1,350 sq ft Premium Ground Floor apartment has three bathrooms. The 1,250 sq ft Serene First Floor apartment has two bathrooms and an open-air entrance corridor, not a private balcony. A washing machine is shared between the apartments. Each apartment has its own limited UPS for selected essentials; this is not full-apartment power backup. Amenities and availability depend on the apartment and the booking details confirmed for your stay.
Guest count and price
Each apartment allows a maximum of 6 adults and 8 people in total, including infants. Children aged 0–6 stay free; anyone above age 6 is counted and priced as an adult. The base rate includes the first 4 adults plus free children within the total occupancy limit. A fifth or sixth adult is ₹599 per person per night, including an extra bed. Enter every guest before confirming.
Changes and cancellation
Confirmed direct reservations follow the 72-hour cancellation terms displayed during direct booking: cancel at least 72 hours before scheduled check-in for a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Booking.com reservations retain the five-day cancellation terms shown in the Booking.com confirmation. Airbnb, Agoda and other platform reservations follow the cancellation and refund terms in that platform’s confirmation.
Guest responsibilities
Please provide accurate booking details and include everyone staying overnight in the reservation. Treat the apartment and its furnishings with care and be considerate of the residential surroundings. Check your confirmation for arrival and access instructions.
Booking-channel settings
Guest categories, occupancy controls, prices, payment methods and cancellation windows are configured separately in Meru Sync and each online travel platform. Website information does not replace the final terms shown in your booking summary and confirmation. If a channel display conflicts with these property rules before payment, please contact us instead of completing the booking.
